Project Pro Prashasan

Project Pro Prashasan is a youth-led community technology initiative designed to simplify access to government services in Nepal. By addressing unclear procedures, outdated information, and complex administrative processes, the platform reduces the time, cost, and frustration experienced by citizens, particularly youth and first-time service users. Delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA), Pro Prashashan provides verified and simplified service guidelines, an AI-powered chatbot for quick assistance, and a community forum for peer-to-peer support, with the aim of improving user confidence today while enabling future system integration and service improvement.
