About IEP
USYC members participate in community engagement initiatives, leadership forums, and professional development programs, encouraging them to become more active and informed members of our community. It trains healthcare professionals, creates inclusive resources, and runs digital advocacy campaigns to promote LGBTQI+-affirming care and foster a more inclusive healthcare system.
